Manmohan Singh said, that Delhi violence reminds the National Shame for the Government.

The Congress party has targeted the Modi government over the violence within the name of the Citizenship Amendment Act within the country's capital Delhi. On Thursday Congress President Sonia Gandhi met President Ram Nath Kovind for the delegation led by sonia gandhi. After this meeting, former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh targeted the Central Government and called the Delhi violence a national shame and appealed to the Central Government to follow Raj dharma.
Manmohan Singh said, that Delhi violence reminds the National Shame for the Government.
Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh said that on the difficulty of Delhi violence we met the President, what went on in Delhi may be a national shame. It's likely an immediate failure for the, central government. 

Manmohan Singh said that we asked the President to use his power, ask the Central Government and ask to guard Raj dharma. On the difficulty of Delhi violence, Congress is an attacker on Modi government and Sonia Gandhi herself is leading it. 

After the news conference on Wednesday, Sonia spoke to the media again today. Sonia targeted the central government and therefore the Delhi government and said that both governments remained mute spectators during the violence.

 Sonia Gandhi also said that we've appealed to the President that it's your responsibility to guard the law, in such a situation, you ought to remind the Union Government of Rajdharma.

 The Congress President Sonia Gandhi, and the former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, besides Anand Sharma, and Mallikarjun Kharge, and the P. Chidambaram were included within the delegation to satisfy the President Ram Nath Kovind from the Congress.
